Mango Apple Smoothies

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 apples (peeled and sliced)
- 300 mL yogurt
- 1 mango (peeled and sliced/or use canned puree)
DIRECTIONS:
- 1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until really smooth (20-30 seconds)
- 2. Refrigerate and serve chilled
