Mango Apple Smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 2 apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 300 mL yogurt
  • 1 mango (peeled and sliced/or use canned puree)

DIRECTIONS:

  • 1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until really smooth (20-30 seconds)
  • 2. Refrigerate and serve chilled
